| We're talking about marathons, but you're probably wondering how to get your training in if there's snow on the ground. Well, we have a solution for you! Being a Wintermission city, Eau Claire focuses on ways locals & visitors can enjoy winter and stay active instead of hibernating indoors. Eau Claire is home to a dedicated "Winter Route" that is plowed with high priority after snow events. This route is about 4 miles and passes through some of the most scenic parts of our city.
