Starting May 5, 2023, Phoenix Park will be lined with food trucks on the first Friday of the month until September 8, 2023, for Volume One's Food Truck Friday event. Find everything from gyros to pizza, BBQ meats, tacos & burritos, hot dogs, mini donuts, ice cream, and so much more! Food trucks are available from 11 am to 7 pm in Phoenix Park for the perfect opportunity to grab lunch or dinner with a view. This weekend kicks off the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market! Start your Saturday mornings on a refreshing note with a trip to Phoenix Park, and browse over 50 local vendors offering seasonal, high-quality products. Shop for fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh-baked bread, poultry, fish, homegrown and canned products, honey, maple syrup, fresh-cut flowers, salsa, eggs, and more!
